      Good Seller, item as described. Could do with a bit better communication, for example to say the items have shipped in two separate parcels to avoid confusion thinking half of the items are missing. Could be slightly better packaged (for example in a carboard box). Overall though the item is as expected so cannot complain on that front, thank you!

      Rude seller, poor service – avoid. Item arrived 10 days after purchase with no tracking provided. I opened a case after a week, and instead of helping, the seller responded with attitude, saying things like “you don’t know what’s going on.” Completely unprofessional. To top it off, the packaging was a joke—half the bumper bar was sticking out of the bag when it arrived. Awful communication, rude tone, and careless handling. Steer clear.

      Hello, 1st I wasn't rude when I sent you a reply. This was not my fault but the courier yodel which was provided by eBay. The item got missing with them and they delivered it after I had to contact them that it was posted via ebay as the label was even saying void on ebay website and had to keep contacting them as I was definite it was posted through them .but putting the blame on the seller is really ridiculous but what can I do as its still the seller's fault not the courier that treat items
