      Unfortunately I had to return these as it is 2 bottles of conditioner not 1 bottle of each as described. Which is a shame because this was a great price for 2 bottles. The bottles appeared to be full, I didn’t open them since I was returning them. They had tape across the top to keep the pumps down. The seller was awesome. I reached out right away & requested a refund. They got back to me within a few hours & agreed to the return/refund. I’m very satisfied with how they handled everything.

      Works great except..

      This vacuum works great as far as the vacuuming part goes but for whatever reason the beater bar easily tangles with any long hair that’s sucked up. After EVERY use I have to pull out the beater bar (luckily they make that easy to do) and use scissors or a knife to cut out all the hair that’s tightly wrapped around it. So annoying! I’ve owned a residential cleaning service for 34 yrs and have purchased plenty of different brands of vacuums but don’t recommend this particular one.

      Great cleaner. Quality construction, easy to operate.

      This is the second WINDSOR that we have owned over the past 25 years. The first one is 25 years old and still performs like new. Only parts that wore out was the brush and belt. The new one is just like the old one except the change in color. This alone shows that it is a quality product, no improvements needed in all of those years. It is light, powerful,and easy to operate.
