    Never do business with this seller. I ordered an item represented as new and in original unopened packaging. As received, the packaging was opened and part of the item was missing. I contacted the seller asking them to send the missing part and they suggested--apparently seriously--that I buy another of the same item from them and they would then issue me a refund. I wrote back stating the obvious: just send me the missing part. To which I received no reply. Not to be trusted.
