- 4***4 (2)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSo here’s a list of the facts: Server arrived on schedule; however it is missing various parts (network daughter card, perc raid controller) and with damage to both psu’s . I contacted seller about the network daughter card and they shipped me a card at no additional expense stating that they did not want to tarnish their perfect feedback. I did not contact again about the other issues because I needed the server working asap so I ended up buying my own raid controller and fixing the psu’sReply from: mineall_inc- Feedback replied to by seller mineall_inc.- Feedback replied to by seller mineall_inc.I’m very sorry to hear that the psu’s were damaged in transit, given then opportunity we would have gladly replaced them or offered a refund. Regarding the RAID card, it was clearly stated in the description that it was not included. Additionally none of the pictures showed a RAID card, or NIC. It’s quite upsetting that after supplying an extra NIC, and not being allowed an opportunity to resolve the PSU issue, that we still received our first ever negative feedback…
