    Very pleased with this purchase of a fuser unit and with this supplier!! Item was well-packaged, reasonably priced, an OE part, and still sealed as new. The enclosed install instructions were especially useful. My only quibble was the shipping, which while free was not "expedited" as described, but ended up taking 10 calendar days from order to delivery. (I would have paid extra for actual expedited shipping had it been offered.)

    THIS IS AN OEM PRODUCT AND WORKED GREAT. I PURCHASED A "NEW" AFTERMARKET UNIT AND IT WORKED BUT WAS VERY LOUD. I WENT TO THIS PRODUCT AND IT IS PERFECT. I WAS ADVISED BY MY IT PERSON TO TAKE THIS ROUTE AND HE WAS TOTALLY CORRECT.

    4250 fuser

    Gear mechanism works fine, but film roller has black toner spots that are fused on. But I expected that and changed the film roller. Good value for me.
