      • Great cookbook!

Great cookbook! Many cookbooks teach cooking using preprocessed, canned or frozen prepackaged ingredirnts. This is the cookbook to use for scratch made, healthy cooking! This is a book for chefs.

      • God of the Kitchen

Auguste Escoffier is an absolute legend, in at least the European kitchen and I'm pretty sure worldwide. Yes he's old-school but you couldn't get anything more Classic than this, he's bloody Brilliant, and this is from a British guy who generally dislikes the French!

      • Escoffier cookbook perfect

This cookbook was a gift for a friend who is a foodie of the first order!! Escoffier, to her, is the Chef of Chefs! She was ecstatic to receive it! The price was absolutely reasonable and the book, although quite old, was in perfect perfect condition. thank you.
