      Good unit but makes execive use of pump and causes it to fail early

      I have been using this product for the last 3 years and it works very well. The unit broke and what I assumed is that the pump broke. In the Keurig before that, when it was filled with fresh water it fiiled the tank when the lever was lifted to put in the coffe pod. That unit lasted nearly 10 year. I had always a question about the logic that the new unit I bought threes ago why it needed a pump to pump the water down. Does a Keurig product defy gravity? I fact the excesive use of the pump lead it to fail early. I bought this unit that I am very happy with and took a chance in buying a new pump for $12 and fixed my previous unit

      great compact coffee brewer!

      i love the ease of use and the elegant studio gray color. periodic cleaning doesnt seem to be thaaaat simple but would only happen only every now and then. overall, it is a great device, fast and reliable.

      Not what I was expecting

      The low profile is great for our limited counter space and it dispenses quickly, however it's hard to get the desired strength when the max brew is 8 oz at a time. I use 16 oz cups so I have to brew 2x. My fav brand of coffee pods are too strong for 8 oz, so I either have to add water or use the messy reusable pod filters x2. Not what I was expecting, but I'll continue to experiment.
