      Great Receiver

      Great Receiver - replaced an older 2090 model only to be able to connect to some of the newer AV items, and I am glad I did. I now have a better surround sound with using the set up mic, the Bluetooth is easy to connect items to play everyone's favorites. It sound funny but every one says the TV picture is clearer now going through this receiver - wow

      Awesome A/V system, somewhat complicated setup

      I've been a Yamaha audiophile for many years. This unit did not disappoint. Good, crisp sound. Plenty of bass. Driving a set of NS 70s front and NS 20s rear speakers and they rock the house. Still learning the A/V side of the system. This system has a ton of settings and many ways to configure. Installed the app on my tablet and so far I find that to be the best way to use. The remote is large and from previous reviews has been improved. Only wish is that they back lit the buttons. The video is very crisp and clear. Installed the system Aug 30th and am still configuring. Lots of settings.

      Yamaha keeps getting better

      This is the third Yamaha receiver I've owned, they just keep getting better as technology progresses. The sound is unbelievable, especially to the zone 2 speakers I have on the patio. The choice of different listening features is a real plus.

      Love it.

      Bought this yamaha and a lower end polk audio 5.1 and an extra 10" powered sub. Love it worth every penny. Had it all set up in half an hour or so, been enjoying ever since. Plan on tryin dolby atmos, which is why I bought this yamaha, whenever i get around to cutting holes in my ceiling.
