Then on arrival in UK passed to Parcelforce who 'snailmail' to say that there is a customs fee to pay, adding a further 3-4 days whereas Royal Mail (same group) email allowing instant payment online.

They were very understanding when I asked to return it and gave me full refund. They just wanted for me to be happy with my purchase. I will buy again and pay more attention to the description next time.
