The description of the item claimed that it was tested. Upon receiving the game, I cleaned, polished and repeatedly tested the main disc to no avail. I then tried to email this seller to come to a fair resolution for both parties, but my message was never replied to. I waited too long for the situation to be resolved with eBay. I didn't want the situation to escalate to this point. Maybe my misfortunes can help others. Just demand pictures of game surfaces and ask questions before buying.
