    Excelent

    Great dongle which is compatible with PXC 550 (first version). Once I'm in Zoom I can use the call controls like mute or something similar. The dongle is kind of expensive however the value provided is next to none. I recommend this product more now than ever due to current pandemic and lots of home office situations.

    The dongle that came with my Sennheiser Presence broke apart. This is a perfect replacement. I had to do an internet search to figure out how to pair it with my headset, but that was easy enough. Works perfectly!
