      Advertised as SCSI drive but it’s the inferior Parallel Port version. Seller did show photos and I didn’t notice it. I was trusting the listing title and should have been more aware. Overpaid for a basic/slow parallel drive. Drive arrived damaged from USPS. Not the seller’s fault. It was adequately packaged. Drive does work at least, but casing is broken beyond repair. Fast Shipping!

      Old but reliable standby

      This unit was received as advertised. Verified that all functional buttons worked and the radio responded appropriately. Clean and received with a copy of the manual and an aftermarket adapter/charger and a portable antenna. The power socket on these units is notorious for breaking at the PC board trace connection due to flex/torque in the jack caused by the plug. It appears to be a design flaw and hopefully some strategically placed Gorilla Glue will fortify this connection. Should say, only a real problem when the unit is used in a non-attached mobile "mount" config.(e.g. in a console tray or floor tray. Satisfied with this old standby.

      Great radio

      These are great scanners I use to chase storms in my car. Set it on a frequency to monitor one of the networks to free up my public service radio as well as my jam radios. Wish they still made these excellent receiver and great audio.
