Had an issue with no communication with a issue with the item, but it is now resolved. They are very helpful with all issues and issued a partial refund. Item was well boxed and packing was superb but didn t stop it from getting damaged. Reached out and they got back to me quickly and now we both are happy. Will keep an eye out for other good finds!

After getting in contact with me (8days later) resolved the issue with a partial refund. Communication is key and they agreed to that as well. Thanks again now I need to find that button panel!

Great 2U rack shelf, in excellent condition and just as pictured. Solid and sturdy with no damage at all, ready to go straight into my rack. Packed securely and arrived fast. Accurate listing, quick shipping, and a pleasure to deal with. Exactly the kind of seller you hope to find. I'd buy from them again without hesitation. Thanks!
