Amphenol PL-259 Connectors with UG176 reducers
Every time I buy another brand I regret it and wind up buying Amphenol connectors anyway, they always work, are made to mil-specs and are silver plated. Saving a few of bucks is not worth the lower quality trade off. I now check the brand name and also order with the UG176 adapters for RG8X coax too, if I don't need them, like on LMR400, then I have spares. I also only use Amphenol "N" type connectors and angled (PL259) connectors because theirs have enough threaded area that the 90 degree connectors lock down the connector, without hitting the other connector. Every time I buy another brand I regret it and wind up buying Amphenol connectors anyway, they always work, are made to mil-specs and are silver plated.
