    Before buying values, check status of old propane tanks for age and condition!

    I had a set of propane tanks that were outdated and was told I could updated them, by installing new( pv3004s) value. So I ordered those values and when they got here, these values were the same as the once I was going to replace. What I later learned was I had a set of outdated propane gas tank ( more than 12 years old) and I had to get rid of the tanks for safety reasons! Sorry for mix up. Value very good but my tanks were old and of no use.

    Nice valve works well

    Installed new valve on old tank. Valve works well. Only way to install without damaging valve is with the special socket and the use of two long steel rods. One to turn valve and the other to stabilize tank.
