The chains were just what I was looking for and a lot cheaper than the local supplier. First parcel arrived with a hole in it and no chains, obviously a problem with the Royal Mail and not the seller. When I contacted the seller replacements were sent straight away with no fuss and an apology for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend.
