    Leaving positive feedback because the item works and it was well packaged with fast shipping. Original listing said nothing at all about the unit other than it was a pull. I realize this item isn't in TERs normal range of products but they could have done a better job describing this. Emails to the seller went unanswered. I took a chance and it paid off so I'm happy... but in the future maybe TER could put a little more effort into describing the item. Or at least answer emails.

    The device was delivered, was packaged well, and was in good physical condition. However, the device had a corrupted ROM which indicated hardware failure. Easy to miss and I don't fault The seller for that. The seller accepted my return and refunded me. Bummer about the GPU, but I'm happy with the outcome. Good seller.

    Nvidia 8400GS still works very well

    I have an older Asus motherboard with Intel core 2 quad processor. I recently switched it to be a kids' gaming computer and decided it needed a video card. I researched and found that this one had decent reviews considering its age. I bought one in very decent shape on ebay for about $15. It has performed flawlessly. The drivers are easy to get. It runs perfectly on Windows XP and the latest Linux Mint, and from what I've read is still supported by Win 10. The installation was super-easy. It runs all my kids' games, which are older ones not too heavy on graphics but still need 3D capability. For instance Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter from about 2008 runs perfectly and totally smoothly with this card. Anyway, I would give this card a super recommendation if you don't need the heaviest ...
