I purchased a motor from them and paid right away. Then I start getting emails, texts, and a phone call demanding I answer them about extra options and when I decline they say it will be more money because I didn't have an old core motor to send back. I have never had a worse experience using ebay. I requested they cancel my order and am waiting to see what happens. I have all the messages they sent and am willing to share them. I will not be bullied into paying extra for an item.

This order required buyers to send the cores in. Its clearly stated in the add. You can always cancel your order or just not buy it if this doesn't work for you. No one is forcing you to buy the product. Never bullying anyone. People need to communicate better when they are contacted. We try to help everyone out.

They had me mail my 2 old motors to reuse the gears. They broke not one but both gears, then immediately canceled my order. They are lying saying it broke because it was brittle. That's nonsense because I had both gears off and even sent those pictures upon their request before the transaction. Now they don't want to replace what they broke. They should have stopped after breaking the first gear. These parts aren't findable anymore.

Customer sent motors in for gear swap to new motors. Gears were too brittle and fractured being soft aluminum casting vs. steel gears. There is always a chance of fracture with that type. Refunded customer in the mean time. We will be spending some time locating new ones for the customer. Always willing to help solve problems for customers. Be patient as these are not typical and hard to locate. KIDS
