The seller delivered as promised. The package arrived timely and securely packaged. I was a bit leery about it being refurbished, but no issues and it was in excellent working condition. Very pleased with the purchase as the mother board in mine had dead and I need to recover years of data that was on the drives. With this purchase I was able to swap out the drives and was able to get to years of data on my failed laptop that was mission critical to me!
