Physically the DELL E6520 laptop looked fine as it is a used/refurbished laptop. Delivery of the laptop took 14 days to receive. A few software along with WIN 11 PRO program were not installed. Seller unable to resolve issue(s) online, so he stated he would send out a replacement with all programs/softwares as described on 3/1/24. Since 2/27/24, I am still pending a return label to send back the original laptop. I will update my feedback once I receive my replacement!

    Great computer

    Mainly the price I got it with Windows 10 already installed is just amazing. The condition of the laptop is spot on from the discription. The only thing I had to do to was add 4 more gigs of RAM and we was good to go. Thanks again, all!

    Great Dell Computer

    Received laptop in perfect condition. Increased the RAM to 4GB. The laptop booted up without a problem. I am currently using the laptop for computer controlled battery load testing.
