    Wanted it to be better

    It seemed like a good idea, but it has the same problem that it did in the past. Once you stop down to F5.6 or more it starts to black out one side or the other making the split field useless. It would be great if they could improve that but apparently not. So if you are shooting with the lens wide open you can use it. Otherwise don’t bother. You will want to have a can of compressed air to blow it off before installation or you will have specks and fuzz in your viewfinder.
