    Good for the money

    I wouldnt wear this to any formal occasion, but to work, in the yard, or even Highland games it would be fine. It serves its purpose, and looks fine but is not extremely sturdy. I do not use the chain as I use a strap, so I wont be able to comment on the chain belt. I would buy one again at this price, and use it accordingly

    Not fully leather! Pay a little extra and get an heirloom sporran!

    While what arrived looked very similar to the pictured product, I was dismayed to find that this sporran only has 2 small pieces that are actually made of leather, 98% of the sporran is made of cheap, plastic-y VINYL.because the auction title and description said "leather" I assumed the entire piece was made of leather. It's not! I was hoping that I had purchased a piece to be used for years to come, this is definitely not the case. If you need a cheap costume sporran for Halloween or Ren Fest - this works. If you want a real, fully leather heirloom sporran, you won't be pleased with this product.
