The delivery was quick and packaging good but two of the zippers broke off of the fanny pack the day after I got it; definitely totally smells & feels of genuine soft leather ; I love the royal blue color; so far it’s still usable even with two zippers broken off; it’s a very delicate fanny pack but the straps and buckle seem strong enough ; I do like it alot but hopes it lasts for a while

I received only 24 of the 32 purchased packets of incense. The incense itself is excellent. I was a little concerned that all the individual boxes were shipped in a soft-sided mailer. Incense is sensitive to pressure allowing the precious product to pull away from the stick.
That said, I notified the company that I was shorted 8 boxes. Their response was prompt and I received a $10 credit which I greatly appreciated. I suspect I will do future business with company - but shipped in a box.
