The shipping process caused the pin to bend, which was actually fixed in a minute with a razor blade, and the buyer received a quick refund. Surprisingly, the buyer didn't realize how the review link went to moderation. It was just a click of a button. Instructed the buyer for a couple days and still couldn't do it.
