My only complaint here is the description states shipping as bubble wrapped and foam in an oversized box, it was a USPS mini box the same size as the HDD inside a sealed plastic bag with 3 packing peanuts. I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no attempt to make it right and then to block me as if I did something wrong. All I ever wanted was the correct part that I ordered.
