Very unhappy experience. No shipment. No communication. Contacted seller a week later. No reply for days, then seller said they were out of the country, would I be willing to wait till their return in five days on 1/30 and they'd ship it then? I agreed aand no shipment on 1/30. Contacted seller _again_ . Next day received apology and that in reparations for the long delay, they'd send 2 charms. Which they did, BUT THEY'RE NOT WHAT'S PICTURED ON AUCTION! I wish I'd heeded seller's neg reviews.

Due to poor communication, poor information on shipping, and most importantly, the item never arriving, I can NOT recommend purchasing from this seller. I typically do not leave bad reviews but other buyers should be aware of the troubles I had with this seller. The item never arrived. When I asked the seller about when they shipped, what shipping provider they used, and if they had any tracking info the only response I got was, I mailed them regular mail and to keep checking my mailbox.
