      Seriously amazing for the cost!

      Pros: - 12 10Gbe RJ45 Ports - 4 of those are combo ports with SPF+ being an option, adding to flexibility - Dual power supplies for redundancy - While a managed switch it's plug and play by default - PRICE, comparable switches go for $1000 Cons: - Can be loud if anywhere near people - No 1gbe ports means no dedicated uplink to a 1 gigabit switch. This means sacrificing a 10gbe port to a 1 gbe connection.

      Typical Mikrotik issues

      I’ve owned many Mikrotik products and with the exception of one unit (the CSS326), they all have had major bugs from the factory. This one is no exception! Ports sometimes don’t turn on when signal is detected.... The update Mikrotik pushed for SwOS (2.12) messed more up than it fixed! I’m getting to the point where I don’t know if I’m going to buy anymore Mikrotik.
