The carb seemed to be of good quality... I installed it pushed the primer bulb till it filled with gas, set the choke to on pulled the rope onetime and the motor wanted to start. I then set the choke lever to run pulled the rope and the motor started. Had to turn the idle down a tad but the motor ran smooth. The seller shipped the kit quickly and there were no problems.
