I ordered 2 transformer Rubix, and paid for them. One was refunded before shipping without the reason why. And then the other was shipped to us & when we received it , it was broken. It stated it was new, it looked used. I did send a message to the seller. I promptly refunded and did email the customer. I then meticulously reviewed the second before shipping. I packed well in bubble wrap and sent out.
