Coilovers arrived but one of the rear shocks had a bolt that was seized on! Contacted them and told me the garage must have done it and to contact them! Even tho they came out the box like it! Gave them a chance to sort it but they didn’t do anything and have blanked me since!
Now I’ve got to buy other rear shocks thru no fault of my own!
Beware when you buy because they won’t do anything if you have an issue!
It’s a shame because I’ve had no issue with stance plus and used on all my cars!

As discussed, the shocks do not come cross threaded in the box when new. The nut shows signs of marks from being wound on/off. The kits come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturer fault, not installation error. The garage would be liable for replacing the damaged shock, or retaping the thread they have damaged.
