This dealer has very poor communication, Wrong item sent, so I contacted the dealer, thought it was resolved. It takes up to 5 days to hear anything back for them. We made a deal about the wrong earrings, I reorder to get the right onesn in silver and again sent gold. now refunded one pair but owe me a discount on the second pair or a refund. I guess I may hear something back in a week or so?

I'm leaving positive feedback because the recipient likes the earrings, their a pretty blue color and well made. But they do not appear to be genuine tanzanite, plus the envelope they were delivered in had a sticker on it that said CE4 sapphire, what ever that means. Because of these discrepancies from the description, I messaged the seller two different times, and received nothing back. To me that means that they have something to hide or could care less about 'after sale' customer service.
