    Great budget alternative to stock BMW part

    The starter is 100% compatible with the original Valio starter on my 2000 R1200C, just slotted right in. The solenoid spring seems a bit tighter: takes more effort to push the gear out, and it really wants to "jump back in" Cosmetically it's slightly different, but functionally I have not had any issues with it.
