I paid for the item that was described on his auction. He contacted me saying he needed 20 dollars more for shipping. He said I picked out the wrong shipping price. I said I didn't pick anything out that their was not a place on his auction where you can choose the shipping. So since I refused to pay more money he canceled the auction. I feel that was totally wrong so I contacted ebay and reported it.I saw the seller put the item back for auction with the shipping 4 plus times what it was before
