Prompt shipment, correct item, however it did arrive with shipping damage where the rods had a large radius bend due to the carton being bent in the middle. I had ordered support rods for a clothes washer and felt that I could straighten out the rods and they would work OK as they are in tension when installed. These rods were the correct length - 25.5". As I understand it, some 3rd party suppliers use the same part number but supply rods that are 26.7" long.

After reading 100's of reviews 2 things became clear: 1) Spend a few more bucks on "O.E.M." parts (Original Equipment Manufacturer) 2) In that OEM line of "same" parts (which BTW can be made by MORE than 1 OEM source) there's often a fair price spread. So buy the lower priced OEM part but NOT the cheapest, and read the reviews (the 1 & 2 stars!) Finally, MEASURE the rod length & buy parts the EXACT same length! Easy install, 5 monster loads so far. (No comm needed w/Seller so no rating)
