Chapters on seldom printed Texas Ranger badges, commemoratives, documented Ranger guns and more. There are 142 historical guns featured in its 202 pages. The introduction is by famous Texas Rangers, John Aycock, and the late Joaquin Jackson. The first book to specifically address as a central subject the guns carried and used through time by the Texas Rangers, from flintlock of the colonial period to the Sig Sauers of modern times. Holy cow!! FAST turn around from order to delivery. This book is also very interesting and FULL of information about the guns of the Texas Rangers. Already decided to go back to the museum in Waco again. If you're interested in the Rangers and/or their guns, this book AND the museum is a must.

  • Great Title! Great Photo!

It is really a great read! My wife and I got to visit one year with Mr. Charles Schreiner, III on the Y.O. Ranch! We got to see the "Largest Hand Gun Collection" that Mr. Moser mentioned! It was really something to behold! Was sadden to learn that the collection had been sent out west and sold! Even more sadden by the lost of Mr. Schreiner, he was a Really Nice Individual! Mr. Moser did a really good job on this book! If you are a Fan of Guns and Badges of the "Texas Rangers", you'll Love this one!
