      Toxic smell

      These pencils are good quality for artists or colorers, but the smell of the paint used on the outside if the wood is scary. Smells like oil-based wall paint. Not sure if using these daily is a good idea.

      I always lay a swatch for each color as soon as I get a new set.i was impressed with the smooth laydown,rich color and how they layer.the variety of colors in the green especially impressed me but also the blues and yellows.grays too. I'm going to love creating art with these.

      In love!!

      I wanted a high quality color pencil set and I couldn’t afford the Prismacolor or Polychromos so I did research and found these.....boy am I happy I tried them!! The color lays down so smoothly and the colors are beautiful!! Definitely not disappointed!!

      Purchased instead of castle art colored pencils.have not actually used yet but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed.you get what you pay for.i was looking for a variety of colors and something easy to sharpen that doesn’t break off in the pencil sharpener.hope these are as good.im taking a chance.
