Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    luminarc dish

    A really cute dish, well made quality piece with lots of uses from butter to cheese. Good value for the cost. Unfortunately packaging was insufficient to protect it during shipping and arrived with minor edge damage to one corner. Trying to decide if worth returning. May keep as it should not affect the use of the item or cause injury, just disappointing.

    Beautiful Glassware

    Great for storing and serving those 1 lb. butter blocks. I love the country design in the glass! It could be awkward for children to use and quite heavy - I can see where a home with children might want something non-breakable and lighter, but for adults that don't routinely drop things (or put crumbs in the butter) - it's very stylish!

    This is a great butter dish because not only does fit the larger size of butter sticks but because it has a cute cow pattern on the lid! Be careful not to drop on a hard surface though, as it is real glass.
