I am not happy, that I did not receive the sticky electrode pads that I paid for. In addition, Channel 1 doesn't provide a strong electric currents. Outside of that and my shipment not arriving on time. Everything else is good.

    "Could be better"

    The unit was advertised as new; however, it doesn't look like it. Has scuffs and scratches on the bottom and cheesy stick on labels for voltage and on/off. The polished head also has circular scratches as if used. Power cable fits loosely in the device socket and can't be touched during use or the unit turns off. Device works ok and the price was reasonable, so I'll live with the shortcomings.

    It really works

    I was using the $3000+ model at the physical therapist, this machine works as good or better you only have to discard the hard plastic contacts that come with it for the sticky ones the pros use (available online)
