They (Membrane Solutions) was quick to respond to my difficulty, and followed through in helping to track down why and where it was delayed, then packed and shipped replacements, and continued to check in to make sure all was handled satisfactorily and the purchase completed. Despite the issue with the package lost in shipping, I consider this to be received on-time.
