    Hat was as described, in new condition and looked good. Unfortunately, instead of a box, it was packaged and shipped in a padded bubble mailer with paper stuffed into it to try to retain shape. Arrived squished so I'll have to do some work to try to re-shape it. Shipping definitely should have been in a box for $5 more from Canada Post.
