I purchased these shoes which were advertised as a size 8. I received a size 9 1/2. Emailed the seller multiple times because I wanted the correct size. They never bothered to respond but did agree to a refund. So the only person inconvenienced here is me. I have to go take them to the post office. Not great customer service! Communication is terrible.
