Very, very satisfied with this chair. There are some minor blemishes in places you don't see (a couple paint chips and spots on the base), but for this price and the age of the chair I think that's fair. The seat pad and arms have either been replaced or never got much use to start with, because they're in excellent condition. The chair is very solid and all of the functions work smoothly. All of the advertised features were present. Also, the seller shipped extremely quickly.

Overall a good, usable chair. Some wear on the lower back rest where the lumbar support sits. The 4-D arm rests are a little loose from wear, but not too bad. I do however have a loose arm that I'm trying to get their help with. It's functional but it doesn't sit tight so it rattles when you move the chair. The bolt socket is bent or something like that. I'll report back on that, but I haven't heard back from them in like a week. So.... I dunno.

Shipped quickly. Mesh faded to nearly white in front of lumbar support. Mine was NOT fully loaded: no headrest, or armrest adjustments besides height. It had adjustments for seat "depth", max recline, & chair height. All worked, & it was in good shape, tho seat depth seemed sticky at first. Reasonably comfortable, but the lumbar support so uncomfortable it had to be removed. I had to use seat and back padding for extended sitting. Very expensive when new. Crank sets recoil tension when u sit up.

The item was in excellent condition, however it was sent in two boxes and I only received a tracking number for one. It was a bit of a concern when I opened a box with only half of a chair inside.
Sending a message to the seller, they were very polite and assured me that they would resolve any issue I had.
I feel that I will enjoy this chair immensely.

I tried contacting the seller twice, but they have yet to respond, the chair came in decent shape, but the back rest staples are clearly falling out, I requested a replacement back, but have had nothing back from the seller. I will try to call the store. But for almost $500 I would expect the staples to not be half ripped out and hanging on by a thread right out of the box.
