One of the threads for the bolt in the right arm was stripped but despite that small issue (we did not contact the seller for this because the chair works fine in all other respects), everything assembled easily and was exactly as described. The item was in excellent condition, however it was sent in two boxes and I only received a tracking number for one. It was a bit of a concern when I opened a box with only half of a chair inside.
Sending a message to the seller, they were very polite and assured me that they would resolve any issue I had.

I tried contacting the seller twice, but they have yet to respond, the chair came in decent shape, but the back rest staples are clearly falling out, I requested a replacement back, but have had nothing back from the seller. I will try to call the store. But for almost $500 I would expect the staples to not be half ripped out and hanging on by a thread right out of the box.
