Seller created shipping label day after purchase, however after waiting 7 full days I contacted seller for status of when my item will be shipped only to be ignored lol, at day 9 my item was finally at the mail processing center.

Part is of high quality and fit excellent. Customer service not so good. Seller was messaged twice and no response. Created a label for the part immediately and it did not move for a week. Messaged the seller, no response, but the package did get taken to a post office. Got held up with no movement for days. Got eBay involved and they wanted to wait until another week before doing anything. Made the shipment arrive 1 week later than the latest estimated delivery date. More bad experiences.
