    Be careful cause gives alot of energy!

    L-Tyrosine releases norepinephrine in the brain boosting energy and mental focus, But be careful not to take too much! Because this stuff is very effective (similar to wellbutrin) I open the capsules and dump half the capsule out and put the capsule back together and then only half of the L-tyrosine. Cause If I take a whole l-tyronsine capsule I get way too much energy and get the jitters, so be careful because this stuff works very well for producing energy.
