    Okay, product works well and came as described. It runs windows 10 pro, has a 500GB HDD and was packaged well. For the packaging it was wrapped in a couple layers of bubble wrap and the encased in a few Styrofoam cutouts and was snugly fitted in it's box.Before I bought the product I asked them through DM if a GT 730 graphics card would work with it. And so far I got the card in the computer. Although at the moment I still need to install device drivers.

    The Dell 9020 MT i5 4570 is better than advertised arrived in perfect condition good packaging , very clean no dents looks almost new. Unit works well and my husband is very pleased with the ease of setting this unit up. based on his experience can recommend this seller. 10/10

    good piece in general. minor issue is the noise of the power supply. the redeeming factor is that the price of the computer is lower than comparable pieces, so that probably explains.....
