I received this item the day that it was promised. However, I do find the shipping cost a bit extravagant for this item. Upon further checking I called the Quantum customer service number where I purchased my vacuum in July of 2022. I was then informed that I had a three-year warranty on my vacuum. I told them the issue with a cord and they in turn are sending me a brand new cord at no charge.
Therefore, I'm now returning the cord that was shipped to me by the company quantum back
