    We received our order 5 days earlier then the aproximated delivery time. There was a note inside package stating item had been inspected before shipping. Item arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly. We do very little online buying, but this experience was very encouraging. The whole experience was easy, straight forward and reliable.     The item arrived very quickly, but unfortunately one of the two fans doesn't work. Tried messaging seller to see if there's something I could do to fix it, and expressed that I wasn't looking to get a refund or return the fan, I just wanted it to work properly- and it's been more than a month and I haven't heard back from the seller. There was no manual or spec sheet in the box, but it seemed to be unopened. I still use it because the one side works, just wish I could maybe fix it. Thank you!
