Really high quality item sent through from the team. Loved it. Unfortunately I managed to break a strap on this but spoke with Luna who will be sending replacements out, and potentially stronger too. Really great communication from the seller and Luna has been incredibly helpful at resolving issues that arose. It was supposed to arrive on the 19 of Aug. On the 27th when I asked for a refund. They then shipped it out without telling me. What they sent was too small. I cannot use it so. 300 plus dollars wasted. They are slow to response to questions or domt answer them.. They sent it to an incomplete address. So I spent 2 days tracking it down. My worst experience on ebay ever. I wont buy from them ever. The add had a poor description and no size chart. They added a size chart after I asked for one.
