It's my 4th time I order something from Ebay and I don't know for sure if it was a scam or not, but I receive a cheap shirt instead of the skirt a ordered. The seller wasn't helpful in helping me resolve my problem and leave me to my disappointment and not knowing if i would have a refound.

Skirt was sent in good faith to the US ebay international hub for shipping to the buyer. Somehow, the skirt was mixed up with someone else’s top there. Additionally, in an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to eBay so that the buyer could get either the skirt or her money back. Now I am receiving negative feedback about not helping her resolve her problem and eBay won’t remove the feedback which is due to their incompetence. Buyer received refund, and LUCKY me I get negative feedback.
